Product Description:

This pneumatic two piece ball valve is able to realize to multi-stage on and off action, which fully satisfy the on-site control requirements to ensure accuracy while avoiding overflow of the shut-off control valve. In addition, it plays an important role in flow control and filling in petroleum, chemical, light industry, national defense, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. What's more, this pneumatic two piece ball valve provides three-position operation of 0°, 45°, 90° or 0°, 90°, 180°, and it consists of a two-stage pneumatic actuator and a ball or butterfly valve by changing the piston stroke of the additional cylinder. The actuator and  valve angle are stopped at a preset angle so the valve flow is regulated. On the other hand, this pneumatic two piece ball valve controls the flow of the valve by two solenoid valves.
