Pneumatic actuated three pieces ball valve is 2 way floating ball valve with 90° rotation. The valve body is consists of three parts with good sealing performance, simple structure, convenient maintenance and long service life. It is usually used on applications with strict sealing requirements. Double acting and spring return pneumatic actuator can fullfill the automatic control of the valve.

Operation

Pneumatic actuated three pieces ball valve with double acting actuator is air open and air close. Single acting pneumatic actuated three pieces ball valve is air fail open or close according to usage. Solenoid valve can be used as remote control of the valve open and close. Limit switch box can feedback the signal of open and close position of the valve.
