Pneumatic flange ball valve adopts two-piece structure on the whole, plus a flange connection type and a floating ball. Its full-bore design can meet pipeline pigging requirements, with maximum flow capacity. The carbon steel body surface adopts black phosphate treatment, with resistance to corrosion and rust. The valve can be widely applied for automatic control systems in such industrial sectors as papermaking, petrochemicals, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electricity, environment protection, petroleum and light industies.

Operation

Pneumatic flange ball valve with double acting actuator is air open and air close by air pressure of 2.0-8.0 bar. Single acting pneumatic flange ball valve is air open or close and close or open when air failure. 3/2 way or 5/2 way solenoid valve can be used as remote control. Electropneumatic positioner with 4-20mA input and output signal can proportionally open the valve.
