Description

The Intelligent Part Turn Actuator is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor that is decelerated by a worm gear to drive the output torque of the hollow output shaft. The reducer has a hand/electric switching mechanism. When the switching handle is in the manual position, the hand wheel drives the hollow output shaft to rotate through the clutch; when the electric operation is performed, the switching mechanism will automatically fall back to the electric position, the clutch and the worm wheel bite, and the three-phase motor Drive the hollow output shaft to rotate.

The actuator is a straight-stroke, Intelligent Part Turn Actuator with PID control algorithm that automatically returns to a set safe position during a power outage. In addition, it has optical sensors to detect body or object sensing, enabling valve opening and closing.
