Pneumatic 3 way ball valve is a kind of new 3 way switch type regulating valve which is developed by integrating domestic and foreign advanced technologies. A stantard ball core is L-shaped or T-shaped. L-shaped 3 way dual-hole type can realize different combination control for fluid in three pipelines by changing relative angle of ball core and pipelines. T-shaped passageway can play a proportioning role and is applicable to proportion regulating and control for mediums like liquid, gas and vapor.

Operation

Pneumatic 3way ball valve adopts RT/AT/PT rotary type pneumatic actuator. The modulating type with positioner installed to the actuator can transform current signal into rotary movement to control valve opening at any position between 0°-90° on receipt of single (4-20mA). Solenoid valve (220VAC/24VDC) and limit switch box can be installed to the actuator for operation and indication.
