Description

Double Acting Pneumatic Rotary Cylinder is an actuator that converts the input air pressure signal to 90 degrees and outputs it in a torsionally rectangular form. This series of pneumatic actuators is a small, high-performance actuator. It can be used in combination with a quarter-turn control valve for adjustment and switching, as well as for other rotary motion applications.

Double Acting Pneumatic Rotary Cylinder features a compact dual-piston gear and rack-and-pindle construction for precise meshing, smooth drive, symmetrical mounting position and constant output torque.

The F4 guide ring is mounted on the movable parts of the piston, the rack and the output shaft to achieve low friction and long life, avoiding metal contact.

The cylinder block, end cover, output shaft, spring, fasteners, etc. are all treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
