Autorun AF seried pinch valve is a new type of valve that is improved on the basis of manual pinch valve to meet the special working conditions of customers. Due to its simple structure, AF pinch valve represents a particularly low cost/economic shut-off valve application, a separate drive is not required for actuating them. Only a 3/2-way solenoid valve or pilot valve is needed to control them.

Features

• Pipe and valve with the same diameter: the structure is novel and simple, the inner diameter of the rubber sleeve is the same as the pipe.

• No leakage: no sealing point, the control medium space and the valve channel are completely isolated, and no internal or external leakage will occur.

• Close with particles: Relying on the deformation of the rubber sleeve to achieve opening and closing, even if the fluid contains solid particles or fiber impurities will not block, can be completely closed quickly.

• Wide application range: simple structure, only three parts, can replace the large volume, complex structure of the valve, especially suitable for occasions with explosion-proof requirements.

• Efficient and longevity: The unique rubber sleeve with reinforcing cord can withstand high frequency opening and closing operations, acid, alkali and chemical media, and has a long service life.

• Simple installation: the valve installation is non-directional, no need to clean the pipeline. Once the rubber sleeve is damaged, the replacement is simple and quick.

Operation

Compressed air enters the valve chamber, pushing sleeve on both sides towards the middle, and the valve is closed tightly. When the air is exhausted, the valve is opened.
