Pneumatic sanitary butterfly valve can be used in most liquid product applications in the food-processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The butterfly valve can be operated automatically by the pneumatic actuator. The actuator transforms the axial movement of the piston into a 90°rotary movement which transmits to the butterfly valve disc. Solenoid namur valve can be used for remote control.

Operation

Air supply pressure from 2.0 to 8.0 bar. Pneumatic sanitary butterfly valve with double acting actuator is air open and air close. Single acting pneumatic sanitary butterfly valve is spring return when air failure. 5/2 way or 3/2 way solenoid valve can realize remote control of the valve. Limit switch box can feedback the open or close position of the valve.
