Product Introduction
This is the Autorun pneumatic high-pressure flanged ball valve, purpose-built for Class 600 high-pressure process lines in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.
The valve body is precision-forged from A105N carbon steel (3-piece bolted construction), with a 38CrMoAl hardened ball and seat that delivers bubble-tight shut-off even under cyclic pressure shocks. Paired with a double-acting aluminum pneumatic actuator (rated for 1.0MPa air supply), it achieves full stroke in 0.5–1 second, with optional spring-return fail-safe action to meet emergency shutdown requirements.
All fasteners are 316 stainless steel, and the valve is 100% hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times rated pressure before leaving the factory. The flanged ends comply with ASME B16.5 standards, simplifying on-site installation and alignment. This valve is certified to API 607 fire-safe standards, making it suitable for critical applications where leakage and fire risks must be eliminated.
