Product Introduction

We've supplied this Autorun triple eccentric butterfly valve to dozens of onsite industrial projects over the past few years, most frequently for power plant auxiliary gas pipelines and petrochemical plant process cutoff lines. From what we've observed during site commissioning, the three-offset mechanical setup solves a long-standing headache found in ordinary butterfly valves: constant friction between the valve disc and sealing seat every time the valve cycles. For one coal-fired power renovation project we serviced last spring, operators previously replaced worn valve seals every three months; after switching to this model, seal wear dropped sharply, and routine overhaul intervals stretched to more than a year.

The blue flanged valve body is cast per client's actual medium requirements, with carbon steel as the default material for high-temperature steam service. The oversized red twin-piston pneumatic actuator is produced at Autorun's own workshop. During emergency shutdown tests on site, the actuator can drive the full-size valve from fully open to closed in roughly three seconds, perfectly matching plant safety interlock standards. Small mounted sensor components hook straight into the plant's existing control cabinet wiring, so field technicians rarely need extra custom wiring work.
